一种快速高效的去除剪切、旋转倾斜的方法

摘要 提出一种快速高效的用于OCR系统上的倾斜校正方法。将整页的倾斜分解为水平剪切和垂直剪切,分别作两次剪切倾斜校正,以二阶原点矩检测OCR图像的剪切倾斜角度,用行移动进行倾斜校正。字符经过倾斜校正后,变形小。实际使用证明它能够明显地提高OCR系统的性能。由于这种方法简单,速度快,因此很容易被集成到现有OCR系统中。 An efficient and fast skew and slant elimination algorithm for OCR is proposed in this article.The skew and slant on whole page are divided into twice slant corrections,and second-order geometric moment is applied to estimate slant angle.Line movement is adopted to slant correction.The extracted results are natural.The performance of an existing OCR system that includes this algorithm is almost always improved in comparison with the original image while the executive time increases slightly.For its simplicity,this algorithm can be easily integrated into any OCR system.
