摘要
依据基尔霍夫衍射理论,利用分部积分法推导出旁轴条件下高斯光束的单缝夫琅禾费衍射的近似计算公式,并通过数值计算对衍射场的基本特性进行了讨论,得出一些与其他文献及实验结果相一致的结论.
Based on Kirchhoff's theory, the approximate formulas of slit diffraction is derived under paraxial approximation, and by branch integral methods, the fundamental characteristics of the diffraction filed is analyzed by the numerical calculated and numeical simulate, some results consisted with other literature and experimental results are obtained.
