铅暴露引起的小鼠肝脏抗氧化系统损伤 被引量:16

摘要 小鼠暴露于不同浓度乙酸铅1周后,对肝脏还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、活性氧物质(ROS)、总氧自由基清除能力(TOSC)进行测定.结果显示:小鼠铅暴露后,肝脏GSH水平和TOSC值略有下降;GR、CAT、SOD活性被抑制,在高剂量铅暴露组尤为明显;ROS升高1 5倍.这些结果表明,铅能对小鼠肝脏的抗氧化系统造成损伤. GSH, GR, SOD, CAT, ROS, and TOSC in mouse liver were measured after exposure to lead acetate of different concentrations for one week. The results showed that GSH levels and TOSC decreased slightly, and the activity of GR, SOD and CAT were inhibited, especially in high lead concentration groups. While ROS levels increased 1.5-folds. These results indicate that lead can induce damage of antioxidant defense system in mouse liver.
