摘要
与国有商业银行相比,国有股份制商业银行工资价格歧视现象更为突出。文章运用传统经典的马克思主义劳动价值理论和现代西方经济学的生产要素贡献理论描述了合理的工资收入分配机制,列举了股份制商业银行工资价格歧视现象,提出了消灭工资价格歧视的宏观原则和具体措施。
Compared with the state-owned commercial bank, the state-stock commercial bank owns the more outstanding wage discrimination phenomenon. This article has analyzed the reasonable wage income distribution mechanism by using the classical and traditional Marx labor value theory and the production factor contribution theory of the modern western Economics. The paper has set up sorts of the wage income discrimination phenomenon, and listed out the macro principles and the micro measures of how to exterminate the wage income discrimination.
