知识产权作为蕴含了技术、政治和社会文化因素的重要部分,日益成为经济发展的核心。本文从激励机制、调节机制和技术创新资源配置等方面分析了知识产权在经济发展中的重要作用,并以专利作为代表,定量研究了知识产权对GDP增长的贡献。

As an important part, the intellectual property, which embodies the factors of technology, politics and social & culture, increasingly become the core of the economic development. Focusing on the prompting action, regulating action, innovational resource's scheming ,etc.,this paper analyses the importance of the intellectual property in the economic development. Being the main portion of the intellectual property, the patent typifies the intellectual property,then we make a quantitative analysis on its contribution to the growth of GDP.
