摘要
产品竞争战略的特性有功能特性和生存特性之分。产品竞争战略的生存特性主要有周期性、分配性和转移性。如果说产品竞争战略功能特性的意义主要在于引导人们重视产品竞争战略的话,那么其生存特性的意义则主要在于指导人们正确地把握之和运用之,因而更具有实战意义。
The tactics of the products competition can be grouped into two parts: functional and existing. Its existing tactics are the following: periodicity, distribution, and transference. Given the purpose of its functional tactics is to guide customers to focus on the competition, then the existing one is to lead them to apply the tactics reasonably, therefore, the latter is more realistic.
