摘要
研究了油酸钠与辛基羟肟酸钠组合用药条件下微细粒赤铁矿载体浮选,试验发现油酸钠2.5×10~4mol/L、辛基羟肟酸钠1.2×10^(-4)mol/L、pH值为8、搅拌时间为25min、转速2700rpm、载体粒度-50+25μm、载体比例40%时,对于-10μm赤铁矿和-10μm石英人工混合矿(T_(Fe)35.00%)的浮选分离,能获得-10μm赤铁矿铁的回收率90.76%,精矿品位64.20(Fe%),尾矿品位6.73(Fe%)的分离指标。
In this paper,the carrier flotation of ultrafine hematite in the presence of sodium oleate and sodium octyle hydroxamate is studied. It is shown that the separation result e 90.76% β 64.20(Fe%) 0 6.73(Fe%) can be obtained by carrier flotation of the mixture of hematite and quartz in the size of -l0μm and with the grade of 35.00% using sodium oleate 2.5 × 10^(-4)mol/L, sodium octyle hydroxamate 1.2 × 10^(-4) mol/L, pH values 8, stirring time 25 minutes, revolutions 2700 rpm, carrier particle size-50 + 25μm and its proportion 40%.
