A high performance liquid chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of inosine 5'-monophosphate (IMP) and guanosine 5'-monophosphate (GMP) was developed on a WAX - 1 (4. 0 × 50mm) with the mobile phase of 0.05mol/L monobasic potassium phosphate and UV detection at 260nm. The linear correlations were observed in the range of 0.05-1.0g/L for IMP and 0.005 - 0.1g/L for GMP.
