摘要 为了利用鸡的受精卵来进行环境激素评价方法的研究,首先注射生理盐水到鸡的受精卵内,考察鸡的胚胎的存活率,探讨往鸡的受精卵内注射环境激素是否可行,以及鸡的受精卵上最合适的注射部位.研究表明可以利用鸡的受精卵来进行环境激素的注射研究,也就是说,可以利用鸡的受精卵来进行环境激素评价法的研究. In order to study the environment hormone estimate by using chicken oosperm, we injected physiological saline solution into egg yelk from three positions of the chicken oosperm , observed the embryonal survival rate after a week and two weeks. By the study we found that we could study to inject environment hormone using oosperm.
