四氢邻苯二甲酸锌热分解法制备纳米氧化锌 被引量:5

摘要  以二水合醋酸锌(Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O)和四氢邻苯二甲酸酐为原料,采用均匀沉淀法制备了四氢邻苯二甲酸锌络合物。通过热重和红外光谱分析对所制得的锌络合物的组成进行了表征。热重及红外的分析结果表明,锌络合物的分子式为Zn(C8H8O4)·2H2O,且由热重测得其无水络合物Zn(C8H8O4)的起始分解温度为377℃,在493℃时的最终分解产物为ZnO。得到了由四氢邻苯二甲酸锌络合物热分解制备纳米氧化锌的新途径。利用红外光谱、X射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜共同分析了在500℃下焙烧Zn(C8H8O4)·2H2O(时间分别为0.5h和1.0h)的产物。证明产物是纳米氧化锌晶粒,且晶粒粒径(直径)为30~40nm。 The zinc complex with tetrahydrophthalic acid was synthesized by using zinc acetate (Zn(CH_3COO)_2·2H_2O) with tetrahydrophthalic anhydride as raw material by homogeneous precipitation method. The composition and properties of these complexes were characterized by IR spectra and thermogravimetric analysis. The results of TG and IR analysis show that the formular of the complex is Zn(C_8H_8O_4)·2H_2O, and that the starting decomposion temperature of the complex is approximately 377 ℃ and the complete decomposion temperature 493 ℃ with the final decomposion product ZnO. The new route for preparation nano ZnO was investigated by thermal decomposion of Zn(C_8H_8O_4)·2H_2O. The products of calcinating Zn(C_8H_8O_4)·2H_2O under 500 ℃ (the time of calcinations is 0.5 h and 1.0 h respectively) were analysed by IR、XRD and TEM. The results show that the final product is nano ZnO and the average size(diameter) of nano ZnO is approximately 30~40 nm.
