摘要 基于电容层析成像技术设计了一套两相流型可视化系统。硬件部分采用交流激励的电容数据采集系统,具有较高的采集速度和分辨率;软件部分采用改进的线性反投影算法与Landweber迭代法进行图像重建,保证流型可视化的实时性和有效性;成像速度可达20幅/s,基本满足工业应用要求。实验测试与成像结果表明,该系统改进了数据采集速度。 Based on electrical capacitance tomography technique a two-phase flow pattern visualization system is developed. A high speed data acquisition and high resolution of capacitance measurement and acquisition system are developed. The improved linear back projection algorithm, Landweber iteration are selected as the image reconstruction algorithm to satisfy the requirement of flow pattern visualization. Test results show that the speed of image reconstruction is over 20 frames per second and the data acquisition speed of the electrical capacitance tomography system has been improved.
