SOD and MDA Concentration in Eggs and Embryos of Chick

摘要 实验对鸡蛋蛋黄、鸡蛋蛋清、鸡胚尿囊液和鸡胚羊水中的SOD和MDA进行了测定.结果表明,蛋黄、蛋清、鸡胚尿囊液都含有SOD,含量分别为46.8892±8.2668nmol/mL、31.4759±4.2049nmol/mL和40.6051±11.8457nmol/mL;鸡蛋蛋黄、鸡蛋蛋清都含有MDA,含量分别为24.8790±2.1320nmol/mL和1.5694±0.6507nmol/mL,蛋黄含量为蛋清的20倍左右.本实验结果在理论上对鸡蛋和鸡胚(毛蛋)的养生、保健和治病作用是有力的支持. SOD and MDA concentration in egg yolk, egg white, chick embryo allantoic liquid and chick embryo amnionic fluid have been determined in this study. The results indicate that SOD concentration in egg yolk, egg white and chick embryo allantoic liquid are 46.889 2±8.266 8 nmol/mL, 31.475 9±4.204 9 nmol/mL and 40.605 1±11.845 7 nmol/mL respectively; that MDA concentration in egg yolk and egg white are 24.879 0±2.132 0 nmol/mL and 1.569 4±0.650 7 nmol/mL, with MDA concentration in the former being about 20 times as that in the latter. The study strongly supports the traditional viewpoint that egg and chick embryo have effect on health preserving, health protection and disease curing.
