沈阳市细河水中有机污染物的毒性评价—水蚤毒性试验

摘要 1987年对沈阳细河水及其悬浮物中的主要有机毒物进行筛选。本文是在污染物化学分级的基础上,对分级的各组分同步进行隆线蚤(Daphnia carinata)的毒性试验和有机物的毒性评价。结果表明,甘官桥总水样(GS)对隆线蚤有极毒,甘官桥县浮物(GX-1,GX-1-2)和渠首悬浮物(DX-1)显示出较高毒性,其它进一步分离的组分对水蚤也有不同程度的毒性,表明细河水中有机污染物对水生生物有一定的潜在危险。 The main organic poisons of the water and its suspended substances in the Xi River at Shengyang were screened in 1987. Based on the chimical classification of pollutants, the toxicity test with Daphnia carinata and the toxicity assessment of organic contaminants were simultaneously conducted on eash classfication group. The results showed that the water spmples (GX) from Ganguan Qiao range was extremely toxic to Daphnia carinata and the samples of suspended solids from Ganguan Qiao range (GX-1, GX-1-2) and from Qushou range (DX-1) were rather toxic. The other organic components further divided were also toxic to D.carinata at different levesl. It demonstrated that there was a potential danger to aquatic organisms induced by organic pollutants in the Xi River.
