摘要
社会发展对人才的需求使知识型员工的价值越来越高,导致企业对知识型人才的争夺加剧。因此,现代企业的人力资源管理必须适应这种变化并做出新的选择。通过对知识型员工的个性特征和工作特点的分析,针对知识型员工的人文关怀提出了积极的应对策略。
With the social development, the need of talents increases the high value of knowledgeable employees and causes enterprises to compaign for them severely. Therefore, human resource management in modern enterprises must be adapted for this change to make right choices.
