高师专科有机化学课程教学改革初探

A Study of Teaching Reform on the Course of Organic Chemistry in Normal Colleges

近几年我国高等师范专科学校学生就业形势和学生状况发生了较大的变化,我们的教育理念、教学方法也应随之做出相应的变革.根据有机化学课程的特点,针对教学大纲的调整、教学内容的选择以及在教学中如何突破重难点、因材施教、精讲多练、充分利用电化教学手段等方面,提出一些切实可行的改革方法和措施.

The employment and situation of students in normal colleges have changed greatly in recent years. Therefore, we should reform our educational ideas and teaching methods correspondingly. Based on the features of organic chemistry, this paper puts forward some feasible reform methods and measures in the respects of syllabus adjustment, teaching content and teaching methods which include how to focus on key points, how to offer an individualized quality education for every student, how to explain concisely and practice a lot, and how to make full use of audio-visual instruction means, etc.
