Decision-Making for the Facilities of Strategic Petroleum Reserve in China Based on Fuzzy Mathematics Theory

对几种石油储备方式的储油原理作简要介绍,详细分析它们各自的优缺点,对我国战略石油储备方式展开论证,并采用模糊数学理论进行优化、决策.结果表明,海上储油方式有较大优势而作为首选,并给出了海上石油储备方式方案设计.

The oil storage principle of several types of strategic petroleum reserve (SPR) facilities were introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. Based on fuzzy mathematics theory, the fuzzy decision-making on SPR facilities was done. The decision-making results show that the floating tankers are advantageous of without land acquisition, which was proposed as one of the candidates of SPR facilities.
