针对我国情况,用灰色理论预测近期国内石油消耗的水平,以能确立一个合理的战略石油储备量规模.根据储备量规模及我国造船厂的建造能力,确定了超大型海洋浮式储油船的容量,并提出了系泊系统的设计方案.

According to the practical situation of China, based on gray theory, the level of domestic oil consumption in the near future is predicted, and a rational strategic petroleum reserve (SPR) size is determined. On the basis of the SPR size and the building capacity of shipyard of China, it proposed the capacity of a very large oil storage vessel and the design project of the mooring system.
