摘要
基于动力传动系部件参数对纯电动轿车性能的影响,利用遗传算法对纯电动轿车动力传动系的主要部件进行了优化;所有部件的模型均基于实际配置的纯电动轿车(QREV)动力传动系台架试验的试验数据.优化结果与传统优化算法结果相比表明,本文提出的算法是有效的,能够提高纯电动轿车的性能.该算法已应用于实车动力传动系的参数设计.
The effects of design parameters on the performance of an electric vehicle were presented. Based on the demands of the performance, a genetic-based methodology of optimizing the size of the principal hardware components of electric vehicle was presented. All the models of components are based on the bench test results of a practical configuration of the powertrain for QREV. Compared with the results of traditional optimization methods, the optimization results in this paper prove to be more valid, which can contribute to a substantial improvement of the performance. The optimization algorithm was applied in the real vehicle and it is shown from the design and testing that the optimization algorithm is practical.
