极性有机小分子PC-Nafion膜的结构特性

摘要 从Nafion117出发,制备了H+、Li+、Na+3种不同阳离子类型的Nafion膜,采用傅里叶转换红外光谱法研究了极性有机小分子增塑剂碳酸丙烯酯(PC)与3种阳离子型Nafion膜的相互作用.结果表明,PC的加入能和阳离子发生很强的络合作用,在一定程度上破坏了Nafion膜体系的离子簇结构,从而促使盐的离解,导致体系电导率的提高;此外,PC羰基与Li+离子之间的络合作用要强于其与H+离子间的相互作用. Routed from Nafion117, three kinds of single-ionic perfluoro gel polymer electrolyte films were prepared, with propylene carbonate (PC) as polar organic medium. Tests of Fourier transform infrared spectra analysis were carried out to understand interactions between PC and cations. The results show that, there are strong complex interactions between PC and cations and the interaction between PC and lithium ion is greater than those between PC and proton. With the addition of PC into the system,the ionic cluster structure can be destroyed somewhat, the dissociation of salt be improved and the ionic conductivity increased.
