摘要
缺乏有效的博士后流动站评价指标体系将难以求得博士后培养质量的提高。基于这个认识 ,本文针对博士后流动站及博士后工作的特点 ,提出了评价博士后流动站的基本原则、评价方法和博士后流动站评价的指标体系。
There is much difficulty improving post-doctoral training quality wit hout any effective appraisal target systems of post-doctoral research center. Ba sed on the above mentioned point and considering the distinguishing features of p ost-doctoral research center and post-doctoral work, the essay puts forward the ba sic principles, appraisal and target systems in the appraisement of post-doctor al research center.
