摘要
用电感耦合等离子直读光谱仪测定正常家兔肝胆汁中微量元素含量,结果发现兔肝胆汁中含有23种元素,其中14种元素浓度高于检出下限,大多为金属元素,亦有少量非金属元素。这结果与黑色胆石成分基本一致。在刺激兔耳肝胆穴后,观察到肝胆汁中一些必需金属元素如铜、铁、镁等的含量都有所下降,尤以钠浓度下降明显。以上结果为进一步探讨耳压法预防结石症产生提供了依据。
In the present paper, we report the kinds and the concentration of micro-elements in the hepatic bile of the rabbit and the change of the concentration of these elements after stimulation on the auricular liver-gall point of the rabbit with electrode. Twenty-three kinds of elements were observed. They were almost in accordance with the elements that composed the black gallstone. After electric stimulation the concentration of many elements decreased. The concentration of Al, Ba, Na, Pb, Sr,decreased significantly (P< 0.05) while that of some essential elements decreased slightly. It was suggested that there were effects of preventing gall stone from forming by pressing the auricular liver-gall point.
