摘要
应用美国贝克曼公司生产的E4A型电解质分析仪、美国IL公司生产的Monarch761型全自动生化分析仪和醋酸纤维薄膜电泳法测定了饲养的和野生的采自长江的江豚血清的生化指标,包括总蛋白、白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、碱性磷酸酶、乳酸脱氢酶、胆碱酯酶、磷酸肌酸激酶、胆固醇、甘油三酯、尿素氮、胆红素、钾、钠、钙、镁、氯、磷及白蛋白、α_1-球蛋白、α_2-球蛋白、β-球蛋白和γ-球蛋白的百分含量。比较了野生的和饲养的江豚血清一些成分的差异,分析了引起这些成分差异及饲养江豚在患病时某些生化成分变化的原因,为淡水豚类的养殖和保护提供一些重要的科学依据。
This paper presents the results of serum examinations on one reared finless porpoise and seven natural finless porpoises from the Changjing River. Twenty three parameters were measured including total protein, albumin, alanine aminnotransferase, asparate aminotransferase, γ-glutamyltranspeptidase, alkaline phosphatase, lacticdehydrogenase, choline esterase, creatine Kinase, total cholesteral, triglyceride, urea nitrogen, total bilirubin, potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, chloride, phosphorus,α_1-globulin, α_2-globulin, β-globulin, and γ-globulin. The differences of serum levels of biochemical constituents between the reared and natural finless porpoises were compared.
