摘要
大型超重工件的数控加工不同于常规的零件加工 ,这类工件一旦就位 ,就不易进行位置调整 .为此采用先就位、再测量寻位 ,然后编程加工的方法 ,通过Renishaw测量头对工件上已知的 6点进行测量 ,得到其在机床坐标系下的坐标 ,再和工件在I- DEAS中的模型进行比较 ,经过寻位优化处理最后得到数控加工程序 .
For a large and heavy workpiece, it is difficult to adjust it's position when it is located. The method, locating measuring programming and machining, is used to manufacture such a workpiece. By the use of the Renishaw scan, the coordinates of the 6 points on the workpiece are measured. An optimal match scheme in comparision of these coordinates with the design coordinates of the same points is presented. Using this method and CAD/CAM tools an efficient and correct computer numeric control(CNC) programme is created.
