摘要
分析了热轧钢卷冷却的传热过程 ,建立了钢卷冷却过程的传热模型。利用该模型研究了某钢卷在自然冷却、空气强制冷却、水 +空气雾化冷却等不同冷却条件下的温度场分布。计算所得该钢卷中心部位在上述 3种不同冷却方式冷却下相应的最大冷却速度分别为 0 .0 0 6℃ / s、0 .0 13℃ / s和 0 .0 37℃ / s左右。模拟结果表明 ,该模型对于普碳钢钢卷冷却中的传热过程模拟研究有较好的适应性。
The heat transfer model was developed and the heat transfer of the coil during cooling was analyzed.The temperature distribution of the coil was investigated under various cooling conditions including natural air cooling, forced air cooling and water + air atomization cooling.Maximal cooling rate of the investigated coil at half thickness is about 0.006 ℃/s, 0.013 ℃/s and 0.037 ℃/s under three cooling approaches.The result shows that a good agreement has been achieved between measured and calculated thermal evolution for plain carbon steel coil.
