It is actual significance to plan measuring and data processing strategy that simulation experiment research of various influencing factors of hot rolling working field was conducted , and factor of influence on measuring result was analyzed. The paper describes various influencing factors (working conditions) of measurement accuracy in simulation experiment system, analyzes and compares measuring results, and gives the influence of various factors on measuring results.
