摘要
基于图形技术的钢轨头部磨损监测系统代替了传统的机械式卡尺测量方式,实现了对钢轨头部磨耗的自动监测,通过两个位移传感器记录钢轨的垂直和侧面磨耗量,并自动计算出钢轨的综合磨耗,以旋转编码器记录测量部位。测量数据采用Access关系型数据库保存,通过ADO操作和SQL语言访问,提高了访问速度和数据安全性。系统能够对监测数据分析统计,预测钢轨的磨损趋势,最后以图形方式显示钢轨的磨耗量和磨损趋势。系统操作方便,消除了传统机械式卡尺测量中人为读数误差,测量结果精确,且人机交互性好,结果直观明了。
Instead of conventional mechanical calipers, the System could monitor the abrasion of rail head automatically.The abrasion in vertical and horizontal direction could be got by the two sensors, and the overall abrasion could be got bycalculation. The rotary encoder memoried the location. The data was saved in the relational database and was accessed by ADOoperation and SQL language, which could increase the speed to access and improve the security. It could give the abrasion trendby analyzing the data. At last, it gave us the figure of abrasion and its trend. It was easy to operate the monitoring system whichcould eliminate the error brought by operator. So the outcome was accurate and it made us easy to communicate with computerand offered us a directly outcome.
