摘要 本文针对传统MIS系统的局限,介绍了柔性MIS系统的概念和定义,着重讨论了柔性MIS系统的总体结构和各组成模块的功能及设计要点。主要阐述了库文件结构的定义及自动维护的原理和方法。给出了通过功能模块语句中条件成分的表达及处理方法、相关性的描述方法、屏幕记录界面和格式报表的生成原理、字段的属性分类以及关键字段、公共字段、代码字段的描述及处理。还简要涉及了各模块间的信息传输。 The concept and the definition of the flexible MIS,which is directed against the limitations of the traditional MIS,are advanced in this paper. The data scheme are nimbly defined and modified by the user of the flexible MIS. the various information about the boundary and the interpretation are adjusted automatically after the data scheme are modified. The modules about the input,output,inquest,modification,deletion and statistics arc in common use,the source programs of these modules do not need to be updated while the data scheme or the system function are modified,because the conditional composition in the source programs is a variable factor at running.The structure of the flexible MIS,the function of modules and the gists of the design for the modules constructing the system are approached mainly in this paper. The principles and methods are given to define and maintain the structure of the database files,and the methods are used to express and deal with the conditional factor in the .sentences of the common function modules. The method of describing the relativity and the principles of creating the screen-record boundaries and the formated reports are studied. The classification of the attribute of fields,the description and the process of the key fields,the common fields,and the code fields are given too. The data transmission among the modules is only briefly touched.
