摘要
本文是研究轴系稳定性裕度判据的系列文章的第二篇。文[1]从理论上提出以系统的最大能量比率作为衡量轴系稳定性裕度的判据,本文以一对称单跨转子-轴承系统为例对该判据进行实验研究,测量了系统的最大能量比率,实测结果与理论计算吻合较好。测量了转子-轴承系统机械能随时间变化的曲线;讨论了实测结果与理论计算存在偏差的主要原因。
This paper is the second one of a series of papers about the criterion of stability margin for a rotor-bearing system. The criterion of maximum energy ratio was proposed in theory to evaluate stability margin of a rotor-bearing system in [l]. Based on a symmetric single span rotor-bearing system,an experimental investigation on the criterion is made in this paper. The maximum energy ratio of the system is measured which shows that the experimental results are in good agreement with those of the numerical calculation. The mechanical energy curve of a rotor-bearing system is measured,and the main reasons of the deviations of the numerical calculation from the experimental results are discussed.
