摘要
通过对铅锌硫化矿电位调控清洁分选技术、选矿废水净化处理回用技术、尾矿利用技术的研究应用、有机结合和相互匹配 ,提高了资源的综合利用率 ,降低了浮选过程电耗和药剂消耗 ,实现了选矿废水和尾矿的零排放 ,彻底消除了废水和尾矿对环境的影响 ,做到了选矿过程的清洁生产。
By the research and application of the clean production technique about the lead zinc sulphur ore potential control flotation.The recycling of waste water by d econtamination to handle the technique,tailing utilization technique with orga nic synthesis and combination with itself, increase the synthesizing of resourc e s the utilization proportion, lower the flotation process the electricity con s ume and the medicament, realize the Zero-discharge of the waste water and tail ing, comb[WT6”-out the influence of the waste water and tailing t o environment, attain to the clean production of mineral seperation process.
