目前管理信息系统弊病分析及其改善途径

Analysis of Faults in MIS & Ways of Improvement

本文在肯定管理信息系统给企业带来经济效益和社会效益的前提下,分析了管理信息系统中存在的主要弊病及产生弊病的主要原因。主要弊病是:信息质量问题、适应性差、及系统与用户之间存在着间隙。产生弊病的主要原因是:系统开发队伍的结构不合理,原始数据的局限性、数据集的静态性、及传统开发方法本身的限制。根据对弊病原因的分析,探讨了克服弊病与改善系统性能的基本途径:合理组织系统开发队伍,适当拓宽系统范围(包括拓宽数据集的范围与引入非系统数据),增加管理信息系统的动态特性(包括定期审查系统,引入决策支持系统与引入系统仿真技术),及利用面向对象技术开发管理信息系统。

Affirming that MIS achieves economic and social results for enterprises, the main faults in MIS and their main reasons are analysed in this paper. The main faults are the information of inferior quality, poor adaptability and the gaps between MIS and its users. The main reasons of causing these faults are the unsuitable group of system development, the constraints of original data,the static characteristic of data set,and the restrictions of traditional development methods. Based on analysing the faults and their reasons, the paper discussed the basic ways to overcome the faults and improve the system performance : organizing the suitable group of system development, broadening the scope of system properly including the scope of data set and the introduction of non-system data, adding dynamic properties to MIS including regular reviews of systems for obsolescence, the introduction of Decision Support Systems and system simulation technology,and developing MIS by Object-Oriented Technology.
