辽宁西北地区主要生态环境问题及其整治对策

The Major Problems in Ecological Environment in Northwestern Liaoning Province and Their Correspondent Improving Strategies

辽宁西北地区的北部处于中国东部森林区向西部草原区的过渡带上.也是由暖温带半湿润气候向冷温带半干旱气候过渡、农业向牧业过渡的交错带.这一过渡带是中国一级生态敏感带的一部分.近年来,由于气候逐渐趋于暖旱化和人为的不合理开发,这一地区的生态环境逐渐恶化.列出了辽宁西北地区的7个主要生态环境问题,并相应的提出了8个生态环境整治对策.

The northern area of northwestern Liaoning province, a transitional zone biogeographically forest to prairie realms, meteorologically from warm and semi humid to cold and semi arid climates and agriculturally from crop to pasture, is a part of first grade ecological sensitive zones in China. In recent decades, the ecological environment of this zone becomes deteriorated as result of irrational human activities and irregular climate changes. In this paper, we have summarized seven major ecological environmental issues existing in this area and have proposed eight correspondent strategies to improve its ecological environment.
