Ca^(2+)对脱落酸诱导黄瓜离体子叶生根的影响

摘要 外源脱落酸(ABA)在诱导黄瓜离体子叶不定根的形成过程中,必须有 Ca^(2+)的存在,缺 Ca^(2+)时,ABA 对黄瓜子叶生根的诱导被明显地抑制,根的进一步生长也同样需要 Ca^(2+)的参与,表明 ABA 与 Ca^(2+)在不定根的发生过程中存在着协同效应。采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)和定磷法分别测定组织中 CaM 含量和活化态 CaM,发现培基中 Ca^(2+)的含量与组织中活化态 CaM 密切相关,且 CaM 较多地分布在根中,而Ca^(2+)对组织中可溶性蛋白总量无明显影响.由此推测,Ca^(2+)对 ABA 诱导生根的影响可能是通过调节内源活化态 CaM 含量而起的作用。 Calcium,was necessary for the initiation of rooting from cucumber cotyledon in-duced by exogenous ABA.When the content of calcium in the medium was decreased,the in-ducement of ABA on rooting was gradually inhibited.Moreover,the calcium was also neces-sary for root elogation,there was coordinated effect between ABA and calcium in the processof rooting.It was also found that more CaM detected with ELISA was distributed in the rootthan in the cotyledon,the active CaM content of tissure detected with Ca^(2+) dependent phos-phodiesterase was related to the level of calcium in the medium,but not to total soluble pro-tein content.It proposed that the effect of Calcium on ABA inducing rooting may be producedby regulating the active CaM content.
