铜系催化剂的分析

The Analysis of some industrialCu/Zn/Al Catalysts

本文采用 XPS、TEM、ICP、XRD、DTA、IR 等方法对一组工业用 Cu/ZnO/Al_2O_3催化剂试样的元素、物相及表面组成进行系统分析,并借助热分析技术考察试样分解过程。结果表明该系列催化刺性质上差异与指定反应催化活性关联。

A series of Cu/Zn/Al catalysts which showed different catalytic function on thegiven reaction in factory have been systenatically characterizea by XPS JEM ICP XRD DTAIR,in regard to their surface composition,calk composition,chemical phases and other prop-erties.The decomposition kinetics of these catalysts have also been studied by the thermalanalysis techniques.As a resuit;the ralation between these characters and their catalytic ac-tivities on the given reaction was approached.
