摘要
针对新立油田岩石强亲水,岩石与水界面形成铺展损害水基压裂液压后返排的问题,筛选一种适合该区块的润湿反转剂,使岩石的润湿性得到改善,降低岩石与压裂液之间的界面张力,提高压裂液的返排率。文中介绍概括润湿反转机理、室内配方优选、现场应用及效果。
This paper aims at the rock with strong water wettability in Xinli oilfield, the rock and water interface form extendibility, for water-base fluid flowback is unfavorable after treatment. So a wettability reversal agent suited for Xin119 block is selected. It made the wettability of rock improve, thereby reduced the interface tension between the rock and the fracturing fluid, increased flowback rate of the fracturing fluid. This article summarized the mechanism of the wettability reversal, formulation optimum selection in laboratory, field application and effectiveness.
