离体工作鼠心再充氧时 SOD 活力变化的意义及维生素 C 的作用

摘要 离体鼠心缺氧后再充氧,及用含维生素 C 之 KH 平衡液灌注时,测定不同时间冠脉流出液中超氧化物岐化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)的含量,并用亚硝酸盐形成法测定 SOD 的百分抑制率及活力。发现再充氧组缺氧5 min 内 SOD 百分抑制率及SOD 活力降低,再充氧即刻急剧下降,2 min 后逐渐上升接近正常。Vit C 组的 SOD 百分抑制率及活力均明显高于再充氧组。提示再充氧时超氧自由基大量产生,Vit C 则可清除所产生的超氧自由基。 During the reperfusion of oxygen and perfusion of KH balanced solution containing vitamin C to the isolated ischemic heart of S.D rat,the superoxide dismutase(SOD)content in effluents from coronary artery was determined in the different intervals.The percential inhibiting rate and activity of SOD were estimated by nitrite forming method.The results showed that the percential inhibiting rate and activity of SOD lowered within 5 minutes of hypoxia in the oxygen reperfusion group and abruptly decreased soon after reperfusion,then it gradually raised and approximated to the normal level in 2 minutes.The SOD percential inhibiting rate and activity in vitamin C group were markedly higher than those of the reperfusion group.It suggests that the superoxide free radicals may be greatly generated when the reperfusion of oxygen occurs,while vitamin C has the ability to eliminate it.
