摘要
采用健康成年猫36只,电刺激左侧内脏大神经中枢端,引起血浆皮质醇浓度的升高效应。损毁隔核后,刺激内脏大神经,皮质醇浓度升高效应消失,说明隔核可能参与诱发皮质醇升高效应的过程。隔核内微量注射心得安,可阻断刺激内脏大神经诱发皮质醇浓度的升高效应,注射酚妥拉明则无变化。结果提示,隔核参与肾上腺皮质分泌功能的调节,其作用可能是通过去甲肾上腺素(NE)能系统中的β受体来实现的。
Thirty—six healthy adult cats were used in this experiment.Stimulation of the central end of the left major splanchnic nerve induced a promotion of the plasma cortisol level.After lesions of the septal nuclei,such effect disppeared.This indicated that septal nuclei might modulate the cor- tisol level.Injection of propranolol into septal nuclei blocked the enhancement,While the same treament of phentolamine made no difference.The results suggested that septal nuclei might modulate cortisol secretion by noradrenergic β—receptor
