人肝特异性F抗原的分离纯化及其性质的初步研究

HUMAN LIVER—SPECIFIC F ANTIGEN:ISOLATION,PURIFCATION AND SOME OF ITS PROPERTIES

本文对人肝组织特异性 F 抗原进行了分离纯化,取得少量精品(PAGE纯),并对该抗原一些特性做了研究。以 CBA 抗 Balb/c 鼠肝血清通过免疫双扩散法进生鉴定,纯化倍数达580倍。还初步确定了肝特异性 F 抗原的分子量为43KD,等电点在6.7～6.9之间。

This articie reports the results of an investigation on the isolation and purification of human liver—specific F—antigen(F—Ag).A PAGE—pure prooduct was obtained and found to be puri— fied 580—fold when examined with CBAanti—Balb/c—liver antiserum by means of immuno dou- ble diffusion.F—Ag has an apparent molecular weight of 4.3 kD with esoelectric point of 6.7～6. 9.
