摘要
对高斯光束通过含有环形光阑的一阶ABCD光学系统的传输进行了研究,采用将圆形域函数表示为复高斯函数叠加的技巧,推导出了解析的传输公式.高斯光束通过圆孔和圆屏光阑的传输公式可作为我们理论模型的特例得出.对高斯光束通过有光阑限制的薄透镜聚焦系统进行了数值计算,计算结果与直接由Collins公式所得结果一致,但我们的方法可节约大量机时.
The propagation of Gaussian beams is studied, which goes through a paraxial ABCD optical system with an annular aperture. The analytical propagation equation is derived by means of the expansion of the circular domain function into a finite sum of complex Gaussian functions.The propagation equations of Gaussian beams going through circular aperture and circular screen can be regarded as special case in our theoretical model. Numerical caculation examples are given for the focusing of Gaussian beams by an aperture len system. The calculated results are in agreement with those gained by straightforward integral of the Collins formula, but the computing time is greatly reduced.
