摘要
利用液晶高分子共转模型理论,探讨液晶高分子流体纺丝拉伸初步机制,推导出了测粘拉伸流动的法向应力差和拉伸粘度的解析表达式,得出了拉伸粘度和主拉伸速率随其它参数变化曲线,对纺丝拉伸过程的工艺控制有一定的指导意义.
In the present investigation, the continuum theory of the constitutive equation of liquid crystalline polymer (LCP) can be developed on the basis of the co-rotational Oldroyd fluid B model. The relationship between the extensional viscosity and the material parameters was studied by means of the analytical formulas of stress and extensional viscosity derived from the constitutive equation, the boundary conditions and the equation of motion of co-rotational Oldroyd fluid B model. The differential equations were solved and the curves of extensional viscosity with other parameters were drawn, and the influence of these parameters on the rheologic behavior was shown. These results qualitatively agree with the experimental results.
