抗癌新药FH8901对膀胱癌及其他瘤株的抗癌作用和毒性的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF THE ANTICANCER EFFECTS OF FH 8901 ON BLADDER CARCINOMA AND OTHER NEOPLASM LINES AND ITS TOXICITY

FH8091是我们近年研制的一种抗癌新药,实验结果表明,FH8901对 W_(256)、BST_(739)、BTT_(739)、LA_(795)、MPC—83等瘤株均有较好抑瘤作用(P<0.01),对 Hep 显效,对S_(180)无效。药物疗效与剂量呈正相关,腹腔给药优于口服给药。实验结果表明 FH8901毒性低。抗瘤谱广,疗效指数较高。

We have developed a new anticancer drug——FH 8901.The experiments showed that it had an inhibitory effect on carcinoma lines of W_(256),BST_(739),BTT_(739),LA_(795)and MPC-83.It showed an effectiveness on Hep but no effect on S 180(P<0.01)。The effeciency positively correlated with the dosage of the drug.Intraperitoneal administration of the drug was superior to oral one. The results indicate a low toxicity,wide antineoplastic spectrum and high therapeutic index of FH 8901.
