摘要 报告人工栽培一般天麻(A)和增锌天麻(B和C)注射液对小鼠醋酸腹膜炎的抗炎作用,以及对小鼠血清中溶菌酶含量、溶血素水平和小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化的影响。结果表明,天麻C在抗炎和提高溶菌酶含量方面药效最好;天麻A提高溶血素水平的作用最强;三种天麻均有抗炎、增加脾指数和增加由Con A诱导的体外脾淋巴细胞增殖反应。 We investigated the anti-inflamatory and immunological effects of injections of gastrodia ela- ta A,B,C in mice.The results are as follows.Gastrodia C has the best anti-inflamatory effects and increses the content of lysozyme in serum.Gastrodia A causes a significant increase in pro- duction of serum hemolysin.All the 3 injections of gastrodia elata were proved to have an anti-in- flamatory effect and markedly enhanced Con A-induced lymphocyte proliferation of mouse spleen cell in vitro.
