摘要
用SOS/Umu法及SOS原位法监测S_2(化学名八氯二丙醚)及生产车间空气的致遗传毒性和致突变性。结果表明,S_2的Umu测试,在不加活化系统,S_2加入量为1.0μg/ml时,酶诱导率为4.1,出现阳性结果。加入活化系统,S_2加入量为10μg/ml时,酶诱导率为12.5,亦出现阳性结果。但经相关分析,无论加与不加活化系统,在S_2的加入量与酶诱导率之间均无明显的剂量——反应关系,说明S_2尚无明显的致遗传毒性作用。S_2生产车间空气SOS原位法混合致实变性监测,酶诱导率均<2,表明空气直接致突变作用不明显。
Genotoxicity and mutagenesis of octachlorodiprophlether(S_2)were detected with SOS/Umu genotoxicity in situ test and in situ mutagenesis assay system.The results showed that S_2 Umu test yielded positive results both in genotoxicity and mutagenesis with and enzyme in duetion rate of 4.1when S_2+S_9 was 1μg/ml,and the enzyme induction rate was 12.5when S_2+S_9 was 10μg/ ml.Correlation analysis demonstrated that there was not a distinct dose-response relatioship be- tween the S_2 amount added and the enzyme induction rate whether S_9 was added or not.No obvi- ous genotoxicity has been observed yet.Detection of the air in the S_2 production workshop showed a negative enzyme induction rate(R<2),suggesting no obvious direct mutagenecity of S_2.
