摘要
本文研究了叶片泵定子改进梯形加速度运动规律轮廓线型面靠模的加工问题。可供复杂曲线编程的方法很多,利用所选加工中心控制机自身配备的宏调用系统编程有其独到的优点。由于CPU运算速度的影响,加工中出现了算一步走一步的断续切削情况,致使工件表面质量恶化。通过反复改变工艺系统的参数,最终有效地提高了工件的表面质量,保证了工件的加工精度,从而在由工艺系统弥补编程系统的不足方面做了有益的尝试。本文对该曲线的加工误差也做了定量分析。
This paper has solved problem of machining for the profile of the blade pump stator to improve trapezium accelerated motion regulation. There are many methods of programming on the complicated curve. It has original advantage to program in macro calls provided by the production centre controller. Because of the effect of CPU-calculating speed, the procedure of machining is carried out point by point from calcuation to cutting intermittently , leading to poor surface quality on the workpiece. By changing the parameters of technology system repeatedly, the surface quality and accuracy of the workpieces have been improved largely. So some measures have been taken to remedy defects in the programming system by the technology system.The quantitative analysis for the machining errors of that curve has been made too in this paper. numerical control cutting, stators, machining centers, programming, error analysis
