冬季自来水管冻断破坏问题的研究

摘要 我国大量高层建筑的水箱在严冬容易冻断破坏,给人民生活带来了许多困难。为了探讨这一普遍存在的问题,本文应用线弹簧模型,从断裂力学的角度分析了冬季自来水管冻断破坏的原因,得到了自来水管的应力强度因子计算式。理论计算结果与实际情况相符合。 In 1991, there was a severe winter which had hardly happened in Nanjing' s history. It resultd in the destruction of water tanks on the top of many high buildings, causing a lot of difficulties in daily life of people. From the view point of static strength, however, the water pipes should have enough strength to avoid destruction by freezing. As viewed from the mechanics of fracture, this paper has applied Line-Spring model to explain why and how the water pipes were destroyed in winter, giving and expression of stress intensity factor for the water pipes. The calculation shows that theoretical results agree with practical results.
