航空电机绕组绝缘热老化过程的可靠性模型 被引量:2

摘要 电机绕组绝缘寿命很大程度上决定了电机的寿命,而绕组绝缘寿命又与电机绕组温度密切相关。航空电机的工作条件与地面电机相比有很大的不同,如高空、高速和负载变化大等问题。而且由于重量轻、体积小等特殊要求,使航空电机的电负荷、热负荷都比地面电机大得多,这样不仅使航空电机绕组的工作温度高,而且还具有很大的随机性。因此,根据电机绕组工作温度的变化来分析航空电机绕阻的可靠性模型和寿命是十分重要的。 本文从航空电机绕组工作温度的随机性出发,建立了定量的可靠性模型,推导了绕组绝缘热老化过程的可靠度、失效率及平均寿命的计算公式,为航空电机的可靠性分析、设计提供了基础。 The life of electric machine mainly depends on the life of the insulator of its winding. The live of winding insulator is associated with the winding temperature. The working conditions of aero-electric machines, such as high altitude, high speed, and variable load, are different from the ground electric machines largely. Because aero-electric machines request light weight and samll volume, their electric and heat loads are much greater than ground's, which causing aero-electric machine windings not only have higher temperature but larger random property. Therefore, according to the variation of the winding temperature analysis of their reliability and life are very important.According to the random property of the winding working temperature, this paper proposes a quantity reliability model and deduces the calculation formula of the R(t) and MTBF of winding insulator thermo-aging process, thus providing the basis for the reliability analysis and design of aero-electric machines.
