毛泽东较系统、具体地论述了现代意义上的公正观 ,提出了许多有价值的观点。同时 ,毛泽东的公正观中存在着重整体而轻个人、或过于理想化、或过于注重实用等局限。毛泽东的公正思想对中国社会具有积极和消极双重影响。
