摘要
本文研究了激光干涉式微量气体分析仪的光强补偿问题,对光强补偿电路进行了设计和研制,通过试验和数据分析,肯定了该电路的可行性和可靠性,提高了仪器测量的精度。
Light-intensity compensation technology on trace gas analyser (laser interference type) was studied.The circuit of light intensity compensation was designed and developed.The feasibility and reliability of the circuit were confirmed by a series of experiments and data analysis.The preci- sion of the instrument was also improved.
