摘要
在研究Mo(Ⅵ)、W(Ⅵ)与Tiron显色反应的基础上,用多波长数据线性回归分光光度法处理Mo(Ⅵ)、W(Ⅵ)两组分混合体系,选取了波长范围为310~370nm间的12个波长点进行测定。结果表明,当Mo:W为4:10~10:1时,回归相关系数r≥0.996,回收率为97~103%,回归线相对波动除1:10时约为12%外,其余均≤5.5%,结果具有较好的精密度和准确度。
The linear regression analysis for multiwavelength data was applied to determine simultaneously two usual mutual interfering components Mo(VI) and W(VI). Mo(VI) and W(VI) complexes were formed with Tiron in HAc-NaAc medium (pH=4.5),which can be used to determine Mo(VI) and W(VI) by UV-spectrophotometry at multiwavelengths. The absorbance of the mixture was measured at 12 wavelengths over the range 310~370nm. The linear correlation coefficients(r) are found to be ≥0.996 in the standard mixtures containing Mo(VI) and W(VI) with the concentration ration being from 4:10 to 10:1. The recoveries of both elements are 97~103%. The method has been successfully used for direct determination of Mo(VI) and W(VI) in the heteropolycomplex samples.
