摘要 用顶空色谱法测定了宁油七号菜籽饼粕中残留溶剂(己烷、甲醇)的蒸汽压与浓度以及温度间的平衡关系。蒸汽压实测值与计算值间的相对误差为8.05%,绝对误差为0.24kPa。能满足工程设计需要。 The vapor pressure of the solvents (n-hexane and methanol) kept in the meal of a typical variety of Chinese rapeseed Ningyou No. 7 was determined at 40,60 and 80 C by a headspace chromatography. The equilibrium relationships between solvent concentration C(μg/g) and its vapor pressure P(kPa) can be expressed as follows: for low temprature meal/n-hexane system igP=-214001(2.303RT)+lgC+0.43 for high temperature meal/n-hexane system lgP=-171001(2.303RT)+lgC-0.40 for two-phase solvent extracting meal/n-hexane system lgP=-157001(2.303RT)+lgC-0.52 for two-phase solvent extracting meal/n-methanol system lgp=-344001(2.303RT)+lgC+2.17 These correlations can be used for solvent removal design.
