摘要
助跑与起跳的结合是跳远教学的重点,教学初期,一些学生由于在概念理解上的偏差,导致错误动作的产生,直接影响到正确技术的掌握,本篇试图通过在高台上做起跳模仿这一教学手段的运用,引导学生加深对技术的理解,以培养、建立正确的起跳技术概念,从而达到纠正错误动作的目的,提高教学质量。
It is important to combine run-up with take-off in the long jump of teaching. At the beginning, some students can’t understand basic idea that they master the skills more difficult. This paper discusss a way of take-off from high point, which makes students to know skills deeper. They are educated and built corrct awareness with take-off, who master the skills more quickly so that shorten the period of the teaching.
